Returns Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only. Items eligible for return must include their original packaging, tags & not worn or washed. All returns must be returned within 10 days of receiving the package. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

Accessories & Sale Items 

All accessories, jewelry, bangle keys, & key chains are final sale. Items purchased on sale are final sale & not eligible for return.

  

Damages: Any items received damaged must be reported the same day as you receive the item. No exceptions will be made for this, so please check your items when you receive it. Please send a picture & we will respond within 24 hours. A picture of the damaged item is required to receive a full refund. Please note some fabrics & colors may vary due to lighting, this is not considered a damaged item.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 24 hours.

Shipping


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight & distance. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

**Shipping fees are non refundable. Example of this is when an item is returned due to inaccurate shipping address, no such address, unable to deliver, or unable to forward per the post office. If the post office has made in an error in returning a package & the address is correct, your package can be redelivered at no cost.  

 

Receiving Incorrect Item

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours. We will ask that you send us a picture of the incorrect item. Item must have original packaging and tags. We will send you a return label to return the incorrect item received.  We will send you the correct item at no cost to you as soon as we receive the incorrect package. 

 

Missing Items From Your Order 

We ask that you contact us within 24 hours. If you are missing any items from your order, we will be happy to send the missing item or items to you at no cost to you.
